1. General provisions
These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing the website drewmandeldesign.com (hereinafter the "Website") and for using the materials published on it. The Website belongs to an interior design studio providing design services for apartments, detached houses and office premises.
By visiting the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, we ask you to stop using the Website.
The Terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is informational in nature. It presents the studio's areas of work, examples of completed projects and how a collaboration works, and makes it possible to send an enquiry through the contact form.
The materials on the Website do not constitute a binding offer. The scope of work, the timescales and other material terms of collaboration are determined exclusively in a written contract concluded separately with each client.
3. Enquiries through the forms on the Website
By sending an enquiry through the contact form you confirm that:
- the data you have provided is accurate and belongs to you, or has been provided with the owner's permission;

- you have read the privacy policy and consent to the processing of personal data;
- you will not use the forms to send advertising, spam or malicious software.
Replies to enquiries are sent to the email address you provided, as a rule within one working day. We reserve the right not to reply to enquiries with offensive, unlawful or manifestly inaccurate content.
4. Intellectual property rights

Without prior written consent it is prohibited to:
- copy, reproduce or publish materials from the Website on other resources;
- adapt, modify or create derivative materials;

Quoting short text extracts is permitted, provided that a direct, open link to the relevant page of the Website is given.
5. Rights to the client's project materials
The economic rights to the project documentation produced are transferred to the client in the manner and to the extent set out in the contract. The studio retains its moral rights as author and the right to show the completed work in its own portfolio, in presentations and in professional publications, unless otherwise agreed.
At the client's written request we will not publish materials from a particular property, or will publish them without stating the address and the names of the residents.
