The whole process in one team
Space planning, visualisation, drawings and design supervision are carried out by the same people. Nothing gets lost in the handover between stages, and decisions on site are made in an hour — not in a week.
We design interiors for apartments, detached houses and offices — from the very first sketch of the layout to the last shelf put in place. Every project starts with the daily life of a specific family or a specific team, not with a catalogue of trends. The result is a bright, functional and long-lasting space that works every single day.
Leave an enquiry — a designer from the studio will reply by email within one working day and suggest a suitable time for an online meeting.
The studio has been running since 2013. In that time we have built a team of designers, a structural engineer, a visualiser and a project coordinator — every stage of a project is handled in-house, without being outsourced to subcontractors.
We don't copy the same solutions over and over. Before the first sketch we run a thorough interview: who lives in the space, what does the morning and the evening look like, how much needs to be stored out of sight, where does the family or the team gather. The answers become the brief — and it is the brief that determines the layout, and only then the style and the materials.
Space planning, visualisation, drawings and design supervision are carried out by the same people. Nothing gets lost in the handover between stages, and decisions on site are made in an hour — not in a week.
The set of working drawings runs from 40 to 80 sheets: wall elevations, details, schematics for electrics, ventilation and lighting. The site manager gets unambiguous answers, not "roughly an idea".
We calculate lighting scenarios for every zone: task light, evening light, entertaining light. That is exactly why our bright interiors stay comfortable both at eight in the morning and at eleven at night.
Every stage has a date, a list of deliverables and a person responsible. You follow the progress in a shared online document and always know what is happening with the project this week.
Only what can actually be sourced ends up in the specification — with an alternative in case an item is discontinued. No "drawn" solutions that are impossible to buy.
For a year after the works are finished we are still available: we help you to finish furnishing the space, swap a decorative element or adapt a room to the family's new needs.
The services of the SpinBoss, Kazeeno, Spinwinera, Grizzlys and Slotrave studios are grouped into logical packages — from a standalone space plan to full project management from start to finish. Each area can be commissioned on its own or combined into one continuous process.
We prepare 3–5 layout options and explain the logic behind each one: how you move through the space, where things are stored, whether enough light reaches the room. Together we choose the best scenario.
Photorealistic images of every room in both daylight and evening light. You see textures, proportions and colours before the demolition even starts — and can calmly change decisions on screen.
A complete drawing set for the trades: demolition and construction, floors, ceilings, wall elevations with tile layouts, electrics, ventilation and joinery details. A document that lets the property be built without improvisation.
Regular site visits, checks that the project is being followed, quick decisions on the spot and dialogue with the contractors. The project stays exactly as you approved it.
We select and sign off finishes, furniture, lighting and textiles, set up the delivery schedule and follow up on the deliveries. You don't need to spend your weekends in endless showrooms.
We design workplaces taking account of acoustics, the number of desks, meeting rooms and social areas. We allow for regulations, the company's brand guidelines and the ability to reconfigure quickly.
Completed SpinBoss, Kazeeno, Spinwinera, Grizzlys and Slotrave interiors across three areas. Choose a category to see the relevant case studies, and open a card — inside you'll find a short story about the brief and the solution.
The approach shared across SpinBoss, Kazeeno, Spinwinera, Grizzlys and Slotrave is built so that at every step you understand what has already been done and what comes next. No stage begins without your written sign-off on the previous one.
A meeting online or in person, a measured survey of the space and a thorough interview about your daily life. The result is an agreed brief.
Zoning and furniture layout options with the logic behind them explained. We choose one direction and develop it into a final plan.
First a materials collage, then photorealistic images of every room. We keep making revisions until the look is fully approved.
A set of drawings and specifications for the trades to work from. We hand over the files and hold a meeting with the contractor.
Design supervision, furnishing and final handover of the property. We finish with a photoshoot of the completed interior.
What impressed us most was the space planning: we were shown an option we hadn't even considered, and that was exactly the right one. The apartment now feels twice as spacious.
We were building the house from another city and only followed the process through photos. The SpinBoss, Kazeeno, Spinwinera, Grizzlys and Slotrave team can be trusted — everything was done exactly as in the visualisations, with no surprises at handover.
The office move went through without a single interruption to our work. Special thanks for the acoustics — in the open-plan space it is finally possible to take video calls in peace.
For an apartment under 100 m² a complete set is usually ready in 2–3 months, for a house 4–6 months, and for an office it depends on the number of workstations. The exact schedule is fixed after the measured survey and sign-off on the brief.
Yes. Each area works as a standalone service. Most often clients start with a space plan and then decide whether to continue with the whole process, including documentation and supervision.
Yes. The measured survey can be carried out by a local subcontractor following our instructions, we hold meetings over video, and the documentation is delivered in the cloud. Design supervision then happens remotely, with site visits at the key stages.
We recommend contractors we have completed projects with before, and we take part in the meetings with them. The final choice of team is always yours.
Demolition and construction plans, floors and ceilings, wall elevations with the placement of finishes, electrical and lighting schematics, ventilation, joinery details and material specifications — from 40 to 80 sheets depending on the complexity of the property.
Tell us about your space — floor area, location and how far along it is. We reply by email, ask a few clarifying questions and propose a form of collaboration.
Describe the task in a little more detail — that way we can give you a substantial answer straight away, without extra rounds of email.
One meeting — and you already know what can be done with your space, in what order and how long it takes. No obligations after the first consultation.
