About the company
The SpinBoss, Kazeeno, Spinwinera, Grizzlys and Slotrave studio group — the architecture of everyday life
The studio has been running since 2013. In that time we have built a team of designers, a structural engineer, a visualiser and a project coordinator — every stage of a project is handled in-house, without being outsourced to subcontractors.
We don't copy the same solutions over and over. Before the first sketch we run a thorough interview: who lives in the space, what does the morning and the evening look like, how much needs to be stored out of sight, where does the family or the team gather. The answers become the brief — and it is the brief that determines the layout, and only then the style and the materials.

A project that is actually built from
The set of working drawings runs from 40 to 80 sheets: wall elevations, details, schematics for electrics, ventilation and lighting. The site manager gets unambiguous answers, not "roughly an idea".
Lighting as a chapter of its own
We calculate lighting scenarios for every zone: task light, evening light, entertaining light. That is exactly why our bright interiors stay comfortable both at eight in the morning and at eleven at night.
A clear schedule
Every stage has a date, a list of deliverables and a person responsible. You follow the progress in a shared online document and always know what is happening with the project this week.
Materials that are available in Norway
Only what can actually be sourced ends up in the specification — with an alternative in case an item is discontinued. No "drawn" solutions that are impossible to buy.
Support after completion
For a year after the works are finished we are still available: we help you to finish furnishing the space, swap a decorative element or adapt a room to the family's new needs.

Space planning
We prepare 3–5 layout options and explain the logic behind each one: how you move through the space, where things are stored, whether enough light reaches the room. Together we choose the best scenario.

3D visualisation
Photorealistic images of every room in both daylight and evening light. You see textures, proportions and colours before the demolition even starts — and can calmly change decisions on screen.

Working drawings
A complete drawing set for the trades: demolition and construction, floors, ceilings, wall elevations with tile layouts, electrics, ventilation and joinery details. A document that lets the property be built without improvisation.

Design supervision
Regular site visits, checks that the project is being followed, quick decisions on the spot and dialogue with the contractors. The project stays exactly as you approved it.

Procurement and furnishing
We select and sign off finishes, furniture, lighting and textiles, set up the delivery schedule and follow up on the deliveries. You don't need to spend your weekends in endless showrooms.

How we work
The process in five stages
The approach shared across SpinBoss, Kazeeno, Spinwinera, Grizzlys and Slotrave is built so that at every step you understand what has already been done and what comes next. No stage begins without your written sign-off on the previous one.
Getting acquainted
A meeting online or in person, a measured survey of the space and a thorough interview about your daily life. The result is an agreed brief.
Space planning
Zoning and furniture layout options with the logic behind them explained. We choose one direction and develop it into a final plan.
Visualisation
First a materials collage, then photorealistic images of every room. We keep making revisions until the look is fully approved.
Documentation
A set of drawings and specifications for the trades to work from. We hand over the files and hold a meeting with the contractor.
Delivery
Design supervision, furnishing and final handover of the property. We finish with a photoshoot of the completed interior.

Questions and answers
Briefly about what matters most
How long does it take to develop a project?
For an apartment under 100 m² a complete set is usually ready in 2–3 months, for a house 4–6 months, and for an office it depends on the number of workstations. The exact schedule is fixed after the measured survey and sign-off on the brief.
Can I commission only the space plan or only the visualisation?
Yes. Each area works as a standalone service. Most often clients start with a space plan and then decide whether to continue with the whole process, including documentation and supervision.
Do you work with other cities and remotely?
Yes. The measured survey can be carried out by a local subcontractor following our instructions, we hold meetings over video, and the documentation is delivered in the cloud. Design supervision then happens remotely, with site visits at the key stages.
Do you help to find tradespeople?
We recommend contractors we have completed projects with before, and we take part in the meetings with them. The final choice of team is always yours.
What is included in the working drawings package?
Demolition and construction plans, floors and ceilings, wall elevations with the placement of finishes, electrical and lighting schematics, ventilation, joinery details and material specifications — from 40 to 80 sheets depending on the complexity of the property.
